The true teaching lies in the conscious perception of the countless signs of nature that envelop us: the beating wings of a bird crossing our field of vision; the soft touch of a summer breeze brushing our skin; the rhythmic song of the cricket at dusk.

Then, in the breath of an infinitesimal gesture, we begin to build a language made of whispered movements—addressed to that imposing Other whose senses remain in constant vigil, whose skin quivers under the weight of a single fly.

Within this unity of consciousness, we dare speak the first word. It matters little if the gesture is hesitant, so long as it is gentle. For the horse understands the intention behind the gesture.

These two Beings, once strangers to one another, open and respond to each other in the magic of life’s breath, discovering themselves within a shared field of resonance.

The dialogue grows in the rhythm of strides and breaths—each listening to the other—their union foreshadowing the miracle of alchemical polyphony.

This long-coveted lightness, this grail, is shaped like an act of trust and faith.

It reveals itself in the subtlety of the gesture, emerges from inner unity, and manifests without noise, rising into shared consciousness.

Lightness cannot arise as a goal, for no one embraces this passion for a few fleeting moments of sweetness, but for the truth of the dialogical bond. Like a language, micro-signs carve each of its letters.
